Belt Challenge | February 2023

Fam! It’s time for our next belt challenge to showcase and celebrate all of the hard work our Budo Warriors have been putting in over the last few months!
Lil Ninja students will be testing in class from Saturday, January 28th-Friday, February 3rd. Students who are eligible for the belt challenge and ready to advance in rank will be evaluated on the skills listed on their Testing Opportunity Readiness Sheets (first page in their binders).
Students who are not eligible to test will still be able to participate in class, helping out the friends and teammates who are testing, as well as learn more about what to expect when their time comes to accept the challenge.
For students 6yrs old & up, the belt challenge will take place on Saturday, February 4th and the schedule will be as follows:
- 6-8yrs White-Adv White – 9:15am
- 6-8yrs Yellow-Adv Yellow – 10:00am
- 9-12yrs All Ranks (White-Black) + 6-8yrs Intermediate (Green-Adv Purple) – 11:30am
- Teen/Adult (13yrs & Up, All Ranks) – 1:45pm
All students Advanced White Belt and above MUST have their Personal Achievement Journal completed and handed in prior to the day of the belt challenge. If a student has not handed in their journal BEFORE February 4th, they will not be allowed to participate in the belt challenge.
